Refund and Cancellation Policy
All class schedules are subject to change by Smartycat Kids LLC due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, building usage restrictions, etc. If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, parents will have the option of a full refund, or class credit to switch to another class or program. Classes with lower enrollment may be combined in order to allow the program to run. If a single class is canceled due to inclement weather or building usage restrictions, we will make every attempt possible to schedule a make-up class for our students. No refunds are given for classes canceled due to weather.
If your child misses a class that they are scheduled to attend, you may use up to 2 make-up classes per session. Make-ups must be scheduled by contacting us, and we will make every attempt possible to find a nearby location for your child to attend in order to take the make-up class. If no nearby classes are available, you can receive a class credit good toward one free class in a future session or class. No refunds are given for missed classes.
REFUNDS: When registering for a class or camp, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit required for us to hold a spot in that class for your child. This deposit is ONLY refundable if the class is canceled by Smartycat Kids, and is NOT refundable if the enrolled student does not attend the scheduled class. Up to two weeks before the program start date, the remaining amount paid is refundable if your child can no longer attend the class/camp (this does not include the $50 non-refundable deposit). Within 2 weeks of the program start date, we can refund 50% of the remaining amount paid (this not include the $50 non-refundable deposit). No refunds are given once the program has started.
